Set your oven to 150°C (300°F) to heat up.

Crack your eggs, putting yolks in one bowl and whites in another.

Whisk the egg whites with baking powder using a mixer until stiff peaks hold their shape.

Add cottage cheese to the yolks and whisk until smooth.

Slowly fold the yolk mix into the whipped whites, adding salt and herbs gently at the end to keep it fluffy.

Spoon the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, making 6 circles. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden, but start checking after 15 minutes.
