Crunchy Sesame Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
02 - ½ cup chopped green onion
03 - ¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro
04 - 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
05 - 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
06 - 1 jalapeño, diced after seeding
07 - 1 cup peeled and shredded carrots

→ Protein

08 - 1 batch of Sesame Chicken cooked on the grill

→ Dressing

09 - 1 portion of Ginger Sesame Dressing freshly made

→ Toppings

10 - A handful of toasted sesame seeds for sprinkling
11 - ⅓ cup small roasted cashew pieces
12 - A few sprigs of fresh cilantro for garnish
13 - 1 tablespoon of crispy wonton strips (optional)
14 - ⅓ cup toasted almond slices
15 - Diced green onion for topping
16 - Jalapeño rounds for a spicy kick

# Instructions:

01 - Cook up Sesame Chicken following the grilling instructions from its recipe.
02 - Whip up the Sesame Ginger Dressing and keep it ready to go.
03 - Mix together green cabbage, red cabbage, chopped green onion, cilantro, sliced carrots, bell pepper, and diced jalapeño in a big bowl. Drizzle dressing over everything and give it a good toss.
04 - Lay the salad out on a serving dish. Scatter almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, and extra cilantro, green onion, and jalapeño slices on top. Add crispy wonton strips if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out chicken for chickpeas or tofu to make it vegetarian or vegan-friendly.
02 - Feeds 4 if it's the main dish or 6 when served on the side.
03 - You can use different veggies to customize this dish.
