Stir chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper together. Use half for the chicken, and save the leftover mix.

Warm up oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each side of the chicken for around 3-4 minutes until it browns. Take it out of the skillet.

Add the rice, chicken stock, lime juice, and the rest of the seasonings into the skillet. Stir well, then place chicken over the mixture.

Cover the skillet and let it cook for 20-25 minutes, or until all the liquid disappears. Stir rice, sprinkle cilantro, and add fresh lime juice before eating.
