Air Fryer Fajitas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into ½-inch strips
02 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound), sliced into strips
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into ½-inch slices
04 - 1 red onion, cut into wedges
05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into ½-inch strips

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
07 - 3 tablespoons of fajita spice mix

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Pico de gallo
09 - Soft tortillas, warmed up
10 - Slices of avocado or guacamole

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Coat the chicken pieces with oil, then sprinkle on the fajita seasoning. Throw in the veggies and mix it all so everything is evenly covered.
03 - Arrange the seasoned chicken and veggies in the air fryer basket. Don’t let them pile up too much. Cook for 15 minutes, making sure to shake them up at the halfway mark.
04 - Dish it out hot alongside pico de gallo, avocado slices or guacamole, and some warm tortillas.
