# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 cups shredded cheddar, sharp
02 - 1 pound raw sausage
03 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
04 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 3 cups Bisquick mix
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your oven to 350°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 - Dump the sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, Parmesan, milk, garlic powder, and cayenne into a stand mixer or food processor. Blend it all together until it sticks.
03 - Scoop the mixture into little balls and set them neatly on your prepped baking sheet.
04 - Pop them in the oven and let them bake for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden. Cool for a few minutes before biting in.

# Notes:

01 - Crispy on the outside but soft in the middle, these cheesy sausage bites are great for snacks, holidays, or even a quick breakfast.
02 - To store before baking, freeze them raw on a tray for 15 minutes, then seal in freezer bags. Defrost before cooking later.
03 - Add your twist by throwing in different cheeses, spices, or some herbs like parsley or chives.
04 - Keep extras in a sealed container in your fridge; they're good for 3 to 4 days.
