01 -
Turn your oven up to 375°F to let it heat up before starting.
02 -
Trim a sheet of parchment to fit the size of your tray of rolls. Flatten your ground beef on top, shaping it to match the paper—make it a little bigger since it shrinks in the oven.
03 -
Sprinkle the meat with seasoned salt and black pepper. Slide the parchment and meat onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes, or until the juices are clear.
04 -
While the meat finishes cooking, carefully slice the roll pack horizontally but keep them connected as one big piece. Melt the butter and stir in garlic salt for brushing.
05 -
When the beef is out of the oven, get rid of the excess grease. Put the roll bottom layer on top of the meat and flip them together onto a new baking sheet. Remove the parchment, add cheese, place the top buns on, and slather on your garlic butter.
06 -
Put it back in the oven for 3–4 minutes so the cheese melts and the buns toast to golden. Want them extra soft? Wrap the cooked sliders in foil for a steaming effect. Use a knife or pizza cutter to separate and enjoy while warm!
