Cheesy Pepperoni Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 cup of dry shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - About 50 slices of small-sized pepperoni
03 - 2 spoonfuls of Italian herbs blend

→ Optional

04 - A side of marinara sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease the mini muffin pan.
02 - Put 2 to 2 1/2 spoons of shredded cheese into each muffin section. Lay 3 to 4 pepperoni slices over the cheese, and sprinkle the herb mix on top.
03 - Cook them for 7-8 minutes until golden. Let them sit for five minutes to cool down before taking them out.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to change the cheese, but go with one that isn’t very wet.
02 - For a crispier version, try using Parmesan instead of mozzarella and bake at 400 degrees.
03 - Regular pepperoni slices can also be used as a substitute.
