Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of fettuccine, cooked.
02 - 1 pound of skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced into small chunks.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking.
04 - 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter.
05 - Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon.
06 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
07 - Fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped for topping.
08 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - Half a cup of chicken stock.
10 - 2 tablespoons of butter for sauce preparation.
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced for the sauce.
12 - 1 cup of thick cream (heavy cream).
13 - Salt and black pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in boiling water with salt until soft. Set aside after draining.
02 - Warm olive oil in a wide skillet. Brown the chicken for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan once golden.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Stir briefly, then mix chicken back in to coat well.
04 - In a different pan, sauté garlic with butter, pour in cream and broth, and let it simmer. Mix in Parmesan until creamy.
05 - Stir pasta into the creamy sauce. Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle parsley for a fresh look.
