02 - ½ teaspoon table salt
03 - About 2 to 2¼ cups of plain flour
04 - 1 packet of instant yeast (Fleischmann's® RapidRise®)
05 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
06 - ⅔ cup warm tap water

→ Oil Mixture

07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon of oregano (dried works fine)
09 - ½ teaspoon of thyme (use fresh if possible)
10 - 2 garlic cloves, minced or chopped

→ Pizza Toppers

11 - A few slices of prosciutto, about 2 oz
12 - 6 oz of burrata cheese
13 - 2 big handfuls of fresh arugula leaves
14 - Juice from half a lemon
15 - A pinch of salt to season
16 - ¼ teaspoon of crushed red chili flakes
17 - ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, freshly cracked
18 - 1 tablespoon of honey, or more if you like it sweeter

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, stir 1 cup of flour together with yeast, sugar, and salt. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring with a wooden spoon until you get a wet consistency.
02 - Add one more cup of flour and mix until the dough turns shaggy. Place dough on a floured surface. Knead briefly for about 60 seconds, adding up to another ¼ cup if sticky. Shape it into a ball and let it sit undisturbed for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine the olive oil with minced garlic, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl while the dough relaxes.
04 - Set your oven to 425°F. Lay parchment paper on your pizza pan (make sure it’s the kind with holes). Spread the dough out into a circular shape, roughly 12–13 inches wide, leaving the edges thicker.
05 - Spread the herbed oil all over the dough. Scatter prosciutto slices across the top. Bake it for 20–25 minutes until the edges are golden and puffy.
06 - Right when it’s out of the oven, tear burrata into pieces and place on the hot pizza. Toss arugula with the lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle over pizza and give it a drizzle of honey before serving.

# Notes:

01 - To get crispy results, use a pan with holes underneath.
02 - If the dough shrinks back, give it a little time to rest first.
03 - Wait to add fresh toppings until after cooking so they stay crisp and bright.
