Heat the butter in a medium pot on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally until you notice a golden color and a nutty smell. Set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar with the cooled butter. Stir in the bananas, milk, extracts, and egg until smooth.

Carefully blend the flour, salt, and baking powder into the wet mixture. Just mix enough so it's combined—don't stir too much.

Add most of the sprinkles into the batter but save a little for decoration. Pour into a greased loaf pan and spread the remaining sprinkles on top.

Cook in an oven at 350°F for 60-70 minutes. To check if it’s done, poke the center with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.

Let the bread cool in the pan for about 30 minutes before slicing it up.
