Blue Superfood Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2 heads of baby romaine lettuce (or 1 head of romaine, butter lettuce, or iceberg)
02 - 6-8 celery stalks with leaves removed
03 - 3 Granny Smith apples (or another green apple variety)

→ Superfood Powder

04 - 1-2 tsp of blue spirulina powder

# Instructions:

01 - Wash everything thoroughly. If your juicer has a wide opening, you don't need to cut it up. Otherwise, chop it into smaller chunks.
02 - Run all your produce through the juicer. If you like, strain the liquid before pouring it into a big pitcher.
03 - Mix the blue spirulina into the juice using a whisk, frother, or blend it quickly until it’s combined.
04 - Pour the juice over ice and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - This drink blends fresh ingredients with blue spirulina, making it a super healthy option. Adjust the spirulina amount to get your preferred shade of blue.
02 - Apple seeds in this small quantity won’t harm you, but feel free to take them out if you’d like.
