Cookie Monster Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
02 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
03 - 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream for whipping
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of blue gel food coloring (AmeriColor suggested)

→ Mix-ins

05 - 15 chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
06 - 20 crushed Oreos

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the heavy cream along with the vanilla and blue food gel using a mixer. Stop once you see stiff peaks.
02 - On a low setting, carefully mix in the sweetened condensed milk. Add more blue gel for a deeper shade if needed.
03 - Use a spatula to gently blend in the Oreos and Chips Ahoy pieces. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch cake pan or loaf pan. Sprinkle some crushed cookies on top as garnish.
04 - Wrap the pan with plastic or cover it securely, then freeze it for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight until it's firm.

# Notes:

01 - Packed with cookie chunks and a bright blue color, this no-churn ice cream is a fun dessert for kids and adults alike.
02 - Using gel food coloring is best since liquid might not give the same strong color. It’s optional if you don’t want blue ice cream.
03 - Store in the freezer, tightly sealed, for up to two weeks for the best taste and texture.
