# Ingredients:

→ Saucy Spread

01 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
02 - ⅛ teaspoon ground paprika
03 - ¼ teaspoon powdered onion
04 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
05 - 3 tablespoons French dressing
06 - ½ teaspoon white sugar
07 - ½ cup creamy mayo
08 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle bits

→ Sliders Foundation

09 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
10 - 12 small potato buns
11 - 2 pounds of ground beef
12 - 20 slices of American-style cheese, split up

→ Seasoning Mix

13 - 1 teaspoon powdery garlic
14 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
15 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
16 - 1 to ½ teaspoon salt, to taste
17 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Extras on Top

18 - Finely shredded lettuce
19 - ¼ cup diced onion
20 - An optional sprinkle of sesame seeds
21 - 24 small pickle slices

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and mix the spread ingredients. Chill in the fridge until it’s time to use.
02 - Spread melted butter on the bun insides and toast them till golden. Brush the tops too, sprinkle sesame seeds on if that's your thing, and place cheese on the bun bottoms.
03 - Cook your beef in a pan over a medium flame with seasoning sprinkled in. Drain off extra grease, then mix in any leftover cheese slices until they’re gooey and melted.
04 - Layer the beef mixture onto your buns. Pop the assembled buns into a 375°F oven and bake until cheese fully melts.
05 - Add lettuce and pickles on the beef. Spread the sauce over the buns’ upper halves, sprinkle the onions on, then press both halves together into sliders.

# Notes:

01 - For fuller flavor, the sauce is even better when made a day earlier.
02 - Make double the batch of sauce to use it for dipping too.
03 - The tastier the cheese, the better the outcome.
