Hoisin Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 ounces of ramen noodles.
02 - 1 medium onion, cut into slices.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce.
06 - 1 large carrot, grated.
07 - 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
08 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
09 - 3 green onions, diced.
10 - 1 cup of shredded bok choy.
11 - 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar.
12 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
13 - 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
14 - 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the ramen as per the package until kinda firm. Drain them, then leave aside for now.
02 - Get your wok hot with some oil, throw in the beef, and let it sit for a bit to catch some color for about 5 minutes. Stir it around after a good sear.
03 - Toss the sliced onion in the wok and give it a minute to cook. Follow that with garlic for a half minute, then throw in the carrot and bok choy. Let 'em soften up a bit.
04 - Add the ramen, along with the hoisin, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce. Toss it all together till it's well blended.
05 - Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top right before dishing out.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fine in the fridge for 3–4 days.
02 - Throw in a little water when reheating, so it doesn’t dry up.
