01 - 1 lb of beef, ground.
02 - 12 oz of bow-tie pasta.
03 - 1 small diced onion.
04 - 1 cup of beef broth.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely.
06 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
07 - Half a cup of grated cheese.
08 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
09 - Half a cup of heavy cream.
10 - One 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes.
11 - Fresh parsley to sprinkle on top.
12 - Salt and pepper, based on taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook the pasta until just tender. Get rid of the water and keep it aside.
02 - In heated oil, cook the diced onion and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes till soft.
03 - Toss in the ground beef and stir till it's nicely browned, around 5-7 minutes. Remove any extra grease.
04 - Mix in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, plus your salt and pepper. Let it cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
05 - Pour in the cream and melted cheese, stirring till it all comes together.
06 - Add the pasta into the pan and toss it with the sauce. Let it heat another couple of minutes.
07 - Scatter some parsley on top and enjoy while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - Any short-cut pasta can replace bow tie.
02 - Feel free to toss in mushrooms or bell peppers to the sauce.
03 - A splash of extra broth will help if the sauce feels too thick.
