Ground Beef Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
02 - 1 garlic clove, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - ΒΌ cup soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
07 - 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, minced

08 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
09 - 1 pound ground beef
10 - 2 tablespoons water
11 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil
12 - 1 head broccoli, cut into florets

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a big mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and blended.
02 - In a large skillet, toss broccoli florets with water. Cover with a tight lid and let them steam on medium heat for 5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to move the broccoli onto a plate. Wipe the pan out.
03 - Pour avocado oil into the skillet and warm over medium-high heat. Toss in the ground beef and onion, cooking for roughly 7 minutes until the beef is mostly browned.
04 - Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef and cook until it thickens and glazes the meat. Toss in the steamed broccoli and stir until it's all mixed together.
05 - Spoon everything over warm rice and serve while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
02 - Reheat leftovers slowly in a nonstick pan or microwave for best taste.
