Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon Prep

01 - 1 teaspoon of salt
02 - A pound of salmon with no skin, diced into 1-inch pieces
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red chili flakes
04 - A tablespoon of garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
07 - A teaspoon of ground black pepper

→ Sauce Mix

08 - Half a cup of low-fat mayo
09 - 1 tablespoon of water (adjust thickness as needed)
10 - 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce
11 - One and a half teaspoons of honey
12 - One and a half teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
13 - 1 teaspoon of sriracha (use more for extra kick)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together everything for the sauce in a bowl or shake it up in a jar with a lid. Chill it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. Stir in a little water if you want it thinner.
02 - Start by setting your air fryer to 400°F. Combine the paprika, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, red chili flakes, and black pepper in a bowl.
03 - After drying the salmon chunks with paper towels, spray them lightly with cooking spray. Toss them gently with your spice mix, making sure every piece is coated.
04 - Spray some oil on the fryer basket. Lay out the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the salmon is just cooked through and still juicy.

# Notes:

01 - These tasty salmon bites work great in bowls, tossed over greens, or served with your go-to sides.
02 - Need the sauce thinner or thicker? Just tweak the amount of water you add.
