Banana Chia Peanut Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
02 - 1 cup of plant-based milk
03 - 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
04 - 1 pinch cinnamon for flavor
05 - 2 teaspoons creamy peanut butter
06 - 1 banana, fully ripe and mashed

07 - Fresh banana slices
08 - A drizzle of peanut butter
09 - Vanilla-flavored yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Use a fork to mash a ripe banana and place it in a jar or a glass container with a lid.
02 - Toss in the chia seeds, peanut butter, your chosen milk, the cinnamon, and the sweetener (honey or maple syrup) into the jar.
03 - Mix everything thoroughly! Cover the container tightly and refrigerate. Let it sit for 2-3 hours or overnight to thicken. If you can, give it a quick stir before you go to bed to break up chia clumps.
04 - When ready to eat, add sliced banana, a spoonful of yogurt, or a swirl of peanut butter. Then dig in!
05 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. It’ll stay good for up to five days.
