Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and move the rack higher for even cooking.

Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 dish, keeping them spread out. Dust them with some garlic, plus salt and pepper.

Bake the seasoned chicken for 10 minutes in the preheated oven without covering it.

While the chicken bakes, mix cornstarch with honey, mustard, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and lump-free.

Bring the chicken out and spread that sauce all over every piece.

Pop it back into the oven for 15-20 more minutes, or until the middle hits 165°F.

Let it settle for 5 minutes. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and toss some parsley on top. Want more flavor? Adjust the seasonings.
