Brie Apple Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg, beaten lightly.
02 - 4 ounces brie, sliced into small-inch chunks.
03 - 2 small apples, peeled and thinly sliced.
04 - 1 puff pastry sheet.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper on it.
02 - Cut the puff pastry into 16 little squares and set them spaced apart on the baking sheet.
03 - Put a slice or two of apple and a chunk of brie in the middle of each square. Pull all the corners to the center and push gently to close.
04 - Lightly coat the top of each assembled piece with the beaten egg.
05 - Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until they puff up and look golden. Enjoy them while warm.
